Staying at this hotel was like being under a waterfall - refreshing and unique. The rooms, although facing where the street garbage cans were, were comfortable with a faint odor at times. On the bright side, it had one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The service was outstanding, with staff excelling in professionalism and friendliness. The location was good enough, especially for a quiet stay in Lisbon. Dining was satisfactory, not the richest but good enough. Overall, a unique experience with some minor room issues but exceptional service and dining.
